1) Do your stores open everyday?
Our stores open almost everyday, we only close on the first two days of Chinese Lunar New Year. For store’s trading hours and address, see Hong Kong stores to locate which one nearest to you. Our online store operate from Monday to Saturday and off on Sunday and Public holidays.
1) Where can I find the product information?
Click on the product category page to find your product, then click on the product to its product detail page. More information will appear.
2) I am ordering a product with the message of ‘Out of stock’, when is it likely to be back again?
Please send us an email with the product code to email@example.com or use the function of ‘Contact us’ to fill in the item you enquire. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.
3) Is the measurement of the dining table on the website before or after the extension?
If you go to the product detail page of the dining table, it would show you both sizes, before and after extension.
5) What size of mattress should I get to fit in your bed frame?
Most of our bed frames come in King and queen sizes, and few come in double. Mattress for our King, queen and double bed frames are: ‘180 cm x 198 cm’, 152 cm x 198 cm’ and ‘137 cm x 198 cm’. Indigo also carries mattress. Therefore, you can consider buying our bed frames and mattress together.
6) Can I buy the lamp shade or the lamp base alone?
We sell the lamp base and the lamp shade together. We cannot sell it separately.
7) Can you tell me what size mattress would fit on your kid’s single bed?
Size of our kid’s mattress is 91 cm x 190 cm x 18 cm.
8) I had purchased your sofa few years ago, can I order replacement covers?
Please email our customer service which sofa you had purchased from us and they will get back to you the price of the extra covers.
1) I am interested in buying this bed from your store. However, I live in South Lantau. Would you be able to arrange delivery? If so, how much will it cost?
We are unable to deliver any furniture to Outline Island. However, we can deliver the bed to the pier for $300 if there is any logistic company you are already using. Please note, the bed comes in knock down and you have to do your own assembly.
2) I'm interested to buy a bed frame and would like to understand the delivery as I live in a building with stairs only. How can I know whether it fits through the staircase to the unit?
Our delivery team might have the experience in delivering the furniture to your building. Please email our customer service your building name and how many floors our delivery team has to carry up. We will let you know whether or not the bed is feasible for delivery, and give you the quote of the staircase charge.
3) I am interested in buying your furniture because it is on sale now, but my apartment is under renovation and won't be ready for another 2 months. Can I take advantage of the current sale but arrange delivery later?
All the sale items can only be stored with Indigo for maximum 2 weeks. We will apply storage charge to you base on the amount of the purchase and how long the storage will be.
4) Do you deliver on Sunday?
We deliver only Monday to Saturday. Please email our customer service the delivery district and they will get back to you which day our delivery team will deliver to your area.

Apart from accepting AMEX, MASTER and VISA , we offer AMEX fax payment and bank transfer. See Payment for more
1) Would it be possible to buy your products from overseas? I need a gift for a friend in Hong Kong but I live in Europe?
Yes, you can place the order online and we deliver the gift to your friend by courier or our Indigo truck.
2) I don't live in Hong Kong anymore, but a friend of mine will pick up what I purchase from Indigo. How do I do this - shipping address, pick up at store?
It’s depending what you are getting for your friend, we offer ‘Click & collect’ service on some items for customer collect from stores, but some items might be too bulky and heavy as we can only offer delivery to the customer’s home. Please check with our customer service whether or not your purchase can be collectable from the stores. See Shipping & Delivery for more.
3) How can I use my VIP discount online?
Please email your name and telephone number to our customer service, we will set up the VIP discount for you to enjoy your shopping online.
4) I used to live in HK and loved shopping at INDIGO, I have friends who are getting married shortly here in Australia and are then moving to HK. I would love to get them a gift certificate for them to use in INDIGO when they arrive as a wedding present. Can you please tell me if it is possible to purchase a gift certificate and then have it sent (via email is fine) to me so that we can give it to them on their wedding day?
Simply order our gift voucher online. The gift voucher comes in $100, $200 and $500. We will send the gift vouchers to your friend by registered post in HK. Alternatively, your friend can pick up the gift vouchers from one of our ‘Click & Collect’ stores which close to where they live.
5) I would like to make an order. How can I get the first time 5% discount?
If you have never sign for our Newsletter before, simply register on our Newsletter and place the order afterwards. You will receive the 5% discount for regular price item.
6) I want to buy one of your sofas but it is out of stock. Can you sell me the floor model? And would it be cheaper?
Normally we do not sell our floor display. However, you can email our customer service to find out the shop floor model is sellable to customer or not, whether or not we can offer discount on the sofa is all depending on the condition of it.
7) I want to buy one of your rugs from online, but I can’t add to cart, it shows this rug is currently out of stock, but the website shows I still can collect this rug in store. Can you help me to add it to the cart?
If the product shows out of stock and in-store only, it means you can only buy from the store because you may need to check the condition of it before buying.
8) I work with a Design Firm and we'd like to open an account with you, please let me know how we can do that?

9) I want to order and pay online and collect in store. Option is not provided, how can I order?
The reason why this service is not provided is due to the attribute of the products. Some items are heavy for pick up from the stores.
