Full Stack Developer (ERP)

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for development, maintenance, and bug fixes of website
  • Provide support during system assurance test, user acceptance test and system implementation
  • Prepare documentations such as system documentation and technical specifications
  • Assist supervisor for working with users and vendors to resolve system issues, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Experience in Cloud ERP system is highly preferred, especially NetSuite
  • Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in any system and software development is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities

Project and Wholesale Assistant

Key responsibilities

  • Head office Project Admin work as below:
  • Issue PO / arrange payment and document filing
  • Getting quote from suppliers and placing order
  • Organize QC inspection / logistic arrangement
  • Suppliers and shipping team communication
  • Basic BOQ setup
  • Assist Development of Wholesale database
  • Follow up project and wholesale stock status

Design Team

Interior Design Manager

Key responsibilities


  • Foster a creative environment for the design team to propose detailed designs to different clients and realize the intended concepts to reality by being capable of handling a complete set of design packages, tender documents & drawings. 
  • Working closely with the sales team to work, oversee ideas and projects as a team to complete on time and on budget. 
  • A passionate designer who delivers spatial designs has excellent knowledge of materials and detailing, leading to strong design outcomes. 
  • Provide professional service for show flat furnishing and styling, design, and build projects for commercial B2B clients, including restaurant, office, hotel, etc.


  • Effective communication with department heads, clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure projects are up to all parties' satisfaction.
  • Liaise and collaborate with various departments to keep them informed and highlight any issues. This would include the sales team and retail department, project management, buying, marketing, and Image and Style departments.


  • Project manage several ID projects from start to finish. Presentation to execution.
  • Direct and motivate the ID and team members to help them use their talents effectively and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future, offer help when needed to ensure efficient deliverables that are up to the company's professional standards.
  • Communicate closely with Interior Design Manager to ensure the progress of projects and resources are sufficient. 


  • Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in related discipline. Less experience will be considered as a Senior Interior Designer.
  • A leader who is inspiring, inclusive, and collaborative. One who can not only present but is always open to ideas and is willing to listen.  
  • Strong passion for interior design, always looking for creativity.
  • Strong project management skills, handling full set presentation, drawings, and specifications for B2B clients with technical background to support design. Commercial background is a plus.
  • Solid experience in handling clients and projects from the design stage to job completion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustration, and MS office. Enscape is a plus.
  • 4 years or above relevant working experience in show-flat, commercial and residential clients. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks under pressure and meet tight schedules with professional standards.
  • Fully aware of cost vs. reward (has business acumen and basic financial knowledge) with an understanding of how this translates into design output that is up to client's total satisfaction.


V.M. Team

Image and Style Developer

Key responsibilities

Seasonal Trends & Collections

  • Assist Creative Director as needed in developing the key season trend boards.
  • Add core product to Mood boards- After Mood boards presented (within 1 month), Buying Team to share initial collection strategy (disc/core/seas) and to add core/seas collection to mood boards.
  • New product development- select pantones, fabrics, finishes and materials and provide selections to Buying Team. Review shop drawings and mock-ups and provide feedback to Buying Team.
  • Textile Development- Develop textiles (cushions) for seasonal trends providing thread colors/ pantones as needed to buying team
  • Review final selections with Creative Director and Head of Buying via pin-up wall to ensure cohesion between the pieces.

Christmas Visual Concept for Campaign

  • Develop key visuals (photoshoot or existing imagery)

Lookbook Photoshoot (Seasonal & Christmas)

  • Book and arrange photographer (photographer decision to be made with Marketing and exec team). 
  • Scout locations.
  • Select Wallpaper/ feature paint colors
  • Present product selections to Creative Director for approval
  • Manage styling of room sets- assisted by Visual Merchandiser
  • Share shots during photoshoot with stakeholders for immediate feedback

Product Photoshoot

  • Organise furniture line list, book photographer and photoshoot space
  • Photoshoot Day- Manage WH and furniture movement, manage photographer
  • Receive & share with marketing all imagery from photographer.

Instore visual merchandising

  • Make a monthly visit to each of the HK shop locations with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure the look and feel of each store is up to standard.
  • Assign any follow up work to the Visual Merchandiser who will be responsible for its execution

Seasonal Shop Change

  • Approve mood boards and furniture selections based on New Trends created by Visual Merchandiser
  • Visit the store during or after the shop change for fine tuning. (you may need to be more hands on for the first shop change until VM is up to speed)

Key responsibilities

  • Diploma or above in Interior Design or related discipline
  • Must possess a strong sense of design, color and style with an understanding of global home design trends and latest materials.
  • High level organizational skills with strong time management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Creative Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch-up and CAD
  • Able to work creatively within a project team environment; Good communication and team skills, Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to work overtime.
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Availability to travel is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken English a must, it will be beneficial if candidates are multilingual.


Warehouse Team

Logistics Assistant

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Supervisor/ Manager in warehouse planning regarding warehouse capacity & utilization by maintaining a daily update of warehouse latest volume and utilization at day end
  • Assist Supervisor/ Manager in recording damaged cases that happened in customer delivery, stock arrival or in the warehouse and keep updating damage report on Smartsheet
  • Involve in inventory control function and work closely with Inventory Control Clerk in cycle counting and transaction analysis
  • Assist in liaising with sales team (both retail & Corp Sales) regarding delivery arrangement and follow up
  • Assist in administrative work in Health & Safety measures.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Assist Logistics Supervisors by providing necessary operational data for a better supervision and analysis, including: 1.Picking productivity & accuracy  2.Order fulfillment  3. Delivery contractors’ KPIs  4.Putaway accuracy


  • University graduate; logistics related degree is preferred
  • 2 years or more warehouse/logistics experiences
  • Experience in retail logistics is an advantage
  • Possess general PC computer knowledge, especially in MS Office
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English both in writing and speaking
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills would be needed
  • Able to work independently and willing to hands-on
  • Proficient in using ERP system
