ADVENTURES IN COLOUR, PATTERN & STYLE

This fall/winter, Indigo Living’s new looks take warm, cosy interiors up a notch, transforming homes with blazing pops of colour, luxe details and adventurous accent pieces.

Get cosy while staying beautiful this fall/winter, as the latest looks from Indigo Living take a bold turn. This season’s three new trends bring warmth and dimension to interiors, thanks to layers of rich colour, striking pattern, strong lines and elements of metal, leather, stone and wood. Journey to the heart of the woods with Forest Glen, where on-trend block colours dominate; bring ethnic sophistication home with Tribal Zen; or shimmer and shine with Gold Dusk.

FOREST GLEN:

This look draws on that very human desire to get back to nature. Here, organic forms mix with deep, forest hues, touches of gold and plush surfaces for a vibe that’s eclectic, luxe, and comforting for the cooler months. In rich, emerald-green velvet, the Lewis Chairs (HK$1,990 each) will add vibrant glamour to any dining room, while the Memphis Light Extending Dining Table (HK$12,490) offers a classic contrast with clean lines and bold geometric forms.

Balanced contrast is at the heart of this look: the Geneva Gold 2.5 Seater (HK$13,990), with its curving contours and mustard-yellow warmth, sits in beautiful juxtaposition with the hexagonal form of the Hex Coffee Table, Green Marble, finished with a glossy brass base (HK$6,290). Adding to the sense of playful opposition are the Bethany Chair (HK$6,990), in popping teal, and the Forest Glen Artwork (HK$4,990), with its abstract forms in watery shades of blue.

Also taking it back to nature is the Lorum Leather Bar Cabinet (HK$19,500), in earthy, woody browns, while the Gecko Marble Bookends (HK$990), the Bestiola Tealight Holder (HK$390), the Dragonfly Cushion Cover (HK$399) and the Insects Cushion Cover (HK$399) bring this wooded wonderland to life.

Complete this daring and lively look with injections of warm brass, in the form of the branch-like Zane Gold Pendant (HK$8,990) and the rounded, organic shapes of the Nodo Ornament (HK$479).

TRIBAL ZEN:

This is style and sophistication rooted in a global look that feels effortless, natural and utterly relaxing. Materials derived from nature – leather, petrified wood, mohair, marble, linen – blend with striking tribal patterns and dusty shades of ochre, umber and sienna, all set against a neutral background in soft grey.

Setting an easy-going base is the Basel 4 Seat Sofa (HK$23,470) in misty grey. Cushion covers in ethnic prints in black and white, such as the Zebra Print Fur Cushion Cover (HK$549) and the Nero Cushion Covers in Diamond and Zigzag (HK$349 each), lift this neutral base, popping against the turmeric shades of the Melanie Cushion Covers (HK$399) and the Draper Chair (HK$10,490).

Also in tawny golden hues are the Bailey Chairs, Mustard (HK$1,690 each), which look fresh next to the white surface and wooden legs of the Limours Dining Table (HK$7,990). A striking new version of Indigo Living’s signature hand-painted cabinets is the Koi Fish Cabinet (HK$16,490), which offers a striking accent piece for any dining room, living room or entryway.

Continuing the koi theme is the Koi Fish Ceramic Stool (HK$2,490), which works beautifully as a side table or a seat. Another side table option is the Hunter Side Table (HK$3,690), which is an easy, neutral addition to any space, in black or natural wood. Accessorise this calm yet worldly look with strong animal- and nature-inspired forms and patterns such as the Leopard Fur Cushion Cover – Grey (HK$549), the Dragon Egg Crystal Ornament (HK$990), the Jungle Ornament – Elephant (HK$399) and the Trunk Slice A Art Print (HK$1,990).

GOLD DUSK:

Warm mustard hues and touches of gold also come into play in Gold Dusk, which offers a magnificent, regal take on the season’s colour trends – with the help of luxurious materials and strong black accents. Cloud greys provide an uplifting, ethereal base for this look; there’s the Filippa Light 3 Seat Sofa (HK$19,990), with its glamorous silhouette, and the powerful, linear form of the Auden Dining Chair Brass Leg (HK$4,990), in pewter grey, with a golden base.

Fit for a king – or a queen – is the Helen White Marble Console (HK$13,990), which also has a golden base. Topped with white marble, this will steal the scene in any foyer or entry hall. The Candentis Display Tray (HK$3,790) continues the theme by combining luxe white marble with warm brass, and will look perfect atop a console like the Helen, the Caroline Nesting Side Table (HK$2,990), the black metal Tristan Side Table (HK$3,690), or the black-and-gold Rowan Coffee Table (HK$5,990). Also in elegant black and gold is the Nocturn Tic Tac Toe set (HK$1,690), while the Flora Trinket Tray (HK$1,790) lets imperial gold shine all on its own.
