Standard Delivery

For smaller or lightweight items, Indigo Living will send your order by courier. After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, our customer service representative will send you an email with a link so that you can track your order. . There are different courier charges for different areas. Please see ‘Accessories & Small items’ under Delivery & Shipping to review the varying charges forHK, Kowloon, New Territories, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. Indigo offers free delivery to HK, Kowloon and New Territories for purchases over HK$1000.

Macau Delivery Info

Indigo offers delivery to Macau. Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order request. This email is only confirmation that we have received your order and does not mean that your order has been accepted or processed. You will receive a second email within 2 working days to let you know if your order has been confirmed.

Home accessory orders take 3-5 working days to ship to Macau. There is a minimum charge of $350 on all accessory orders that are less than a total 5kg. Orders that exceed 5kg will be subject to an increase in the delivery charge.

For furniture, bulky and fragile orders, our online customer service will get back to you within 3 working days with the shipping cost based on your order and requirements for example, if furniture assembly is needed or not etc…

You may also choose to arrange your own delivery company to pick up the orders from our warehouse based in Hong Kong: Address: Indigo Living Ltd, 11/F DCH Motor Service Building, 111 Lee Nam Road, Ap Lei Chau, and Hong Kong.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free online delivery option where you can easily buy online and collect accessories, small and some fragile items in-store. Our Flagship store in Horizon Plaza,our Landmark Prince's Building store as well as our Shatin and Cyberport stores currently accept Click & Collect orders. Please visit our store page to find your the store closest to you or see ‘Click & Collect’ for each store’s collection schedule.

Gift Box/Gift Wrapping Service

Indigo Living provides a premium gift box service on our website and in our stores. Only products on the website with the gift box icon can be gift boxed, as some items are too big or fragile to be gift boxed. When you purchase online or one of our stores, you can gift box your item for an additional HK$50. Our gift box allows you to write a personalised message, or we can send it straight to you with a blank message card for you to write in. International Shipping

All eligible products are clearly marked with an International Delivery logo. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver all products listed on our website internationally for various reasons such as warranties, logistics and legal reasons. Our warehouse is based in HK and we partner with FedEX to transport your goods to Australia, Japan, UK and the USA.
