Macau delivery and return procedure
Indigo Living offers delivery service to Macau. Purchase amount under $5000, delivery charge is $750. Delivery charge is 15% of the total order when purchase amount is $5000 or over.

Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order request. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order request and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. You will receive a second email within 1 working day to confirm your order. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to ship to Macau. As soon as the order arrives in Macau, our delivery team in Macau will contact you to confirm the date of delivery.
Our Delivery Procedure

• You must be at home to accept delivery; we cannot leave the goods otherwise.

• Our delivery team will call you within an hour of their arrival time to confirm someone is home to accept the order.

• On arrival, your goods will be unwrapped from the transit packaging, quality inspected, assembled and placed in the requested room position, and all packaging removed if required.

• You will be asked to check our Returns Policy and to sign our delivery note to say you understand the policy and are happy with the product(s) delivered. • If the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time or because the goods are too large to fit into your home), a $300 charge will be levied. You may refer to our Delivery Instructions for more details.
Our Exchange/Returns Procedure

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and the steps we have taken above, we believe, will ensure that you have full satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the order in its original condition for exchange within 7 working days from delivery. We will offer you a credit memo, which will be valid for one year and you may use it online. Alternatively, a credit note, which will be valid for one year and you may use it in any of our Indigo stores in HK. Please note a pick up fee will be deducted from your credit note/credit memo. You can also send back the items to us within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging to the Indigo addresses below. After confirming the items are sellable again by Indigo Living, we will issue a credit note or a credit memo to you.

• We are unable to offer a credit note or exchange for made to order products such as furniture unless they are faulty or not as described.

• We won't offer any refund or exchange when the item is sold on sale price.

• We are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders unless we are notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the order being placed. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy.

Payment Methods
• We will accept bank transfer to our HK bank account and HK cheque payments which for deliveries to Macau. For our bank account details, please email us at We require a copy of the deposit slip from you afterwards.

• We will accept AMEX payments by fax as long as the delivery address is the same as the AE card holder. For orders over HK$20k we require a copy of the AE card front and back.

• We will not accept Mastercard, Visa or any other credit card payments at this point in time.

• We will only process the shipment once payment has been cleared. We will not accept Macau issued bank cheque payments.
