As the leading furniture company our Sales Executives are very important to us. 1.Interior Designer / Decorator

Key Responsibilities:

- Full interior decorating service to our corporate clients;
- Curate Indigo outsourced collection;
- Manage all property styling projects to ensure smooth set-up, styling and fine-tuning within deadlines;
- Assess the quality of deliverables prior to presentation;
- Able to interpret trends and translate them to our customers’ needs;
- File management and administration work.


- Diploma or above in interior Design/Decoration or related discipline;
- Must possess a strong sense of design, colour and style with an understanding of global home design trends and latest materials;
- Excellent product knowledge, fabrics, wallpapers, delivery lead times, pricing, and history behind product;
- High level of organizational skills and strong time management;
- Proficiency in AutoCad and/or Creative Adobe Suite, Sketch-up will be valued;
- Able to work creatively within a project team environment; good communication and team skills, self-motivated, and hardworking;
- Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Fluency in spoken English is a must; it will be beneficial if candidates are multilingual;
- Availability to travel is preferred; and
- Immediate available preferred.

2.Project Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

 - Coordination with Project team on the following:
  - Overall co-ordination of projects from start to completion;
  - Monitoring projects to an agreed programme and producing reports on spreadsheets for ongoing assessment;
  - Producing full standardized working schedules to enable pricing and tendering of projects;
  - Sourcing of products and working with suppliers / manufacturers to obtain competitive quotes;
  - Working closely with shipping department for product shipment.  Monitoring packing lists and associated cost assessments;
  - Working with and trying to improve internal systems to ensure optimum project performance;

- Work with external parties on:
  - Factory visits and inspections to ensure quality control and timely delivery of products;
  - Mock ups – including monitoring delivery and installation;
  - Site co-ordination may be necessary;
  - Attend co-ordination meetings with designers and clients.


- University degree;
- 3 years of project co-ordination experience, preferably in furniture industry;
- Good co-ordination, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command in Word/Excel;
- Knowledge of checking with shop drawing before production;
- Experience in furniture inspection;
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua; and
- Willing to travel

3.Retail Sales


 - Sales work in shop


- Fluent English essential / Cantonese & Mandarin an added advantage;
- Proven retail experience;
- Self–motivated, independent, enthusiastic and outgoing;
- Have a desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build long-lasting relationships with customers;
- Confidence in selling, able to link-sell, be target-driven/able to meet targets as an individual;
- Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for interiors;
- 5-day work (request weekend work);
- Attractive salary and benefits package;
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong; and
- Able to perform shift duty until 9pm (vary from location) : Ap Lei Chau, Central, Repulse Bay, Shatin, Cyberport, Mid-Level

4. Marketing Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the maintenance and update of the Indigo Living website across all regions;
- Co-ordinate on materials with Graphic Designers and Digital Agency to ensure they are delivered on time and uploaded for all web, SEO / SEM, social media and display advertising / remarketing campaigns across all territories;
- Conduct social media, EDMs and surveys;
- Manage photography needs and assist with on the ground HK events; and
- Handle internal Head Office Marketing and other marketing-related administration duties


- Diploma or Degree of related discipline;
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in Magento CMS, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Survey Monkey front and back end social media management are all preferred;
- Experience in photography and/or Illustrator design a plus;
- A good team player, flexible and with positive “can-do” attitude;
- Ability to manage own workflow and meet tight deadline;
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Cantonese and Mandarin preferred; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel and Powerpoint);

6.Sales Staff of 2-month Contract (Contract Staff)

Key responsibility:

- Sales work for a residential project


- Fluent Cantonese; and fluent Mandarin an added advantage;
- Preferably with sales experience;
- Self–motivated, independent, enthusiastic and outgoing;
- Have a desire to provide excellent customer service and be able to build trustworthy relationship with customers;
- Confidence in selling;
- With keen interest and enthusiasm for interiors;
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong;
- 5-day work (request weekend work);
- Able to perform shift duty;
- Attractive salary and overtime pay
