Refunds and Returns
We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from Indigo. However, if you have a problem and wish to exchange an item you must retain the sales invoice and the exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given unless purchased items are proven to be faulty. Refunds are made using the same method as payment. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at any time. |
