Upon shop drawing and finish sample approval, we commence a series of factory reviews. The first stage invovles basic whitework frame review to check frame construction, basic dimensions and shape.

 

The second stage allows us to review the piece with muslin covered upholstery and see its final shape and size in proportion. An important inspection stage for upholstery as we can visually inspect and easily change.

 

A final review of the piece with actual fabric and fully finished to ensure quality of fabric stitching, piping and overall finish before we arrange mass production and shipment.
