1. WHOLESALE SALES EXECUTIVE (HONG KONG)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Assist in opening and maintaining new international wholesale sales accounts.
  • Freight Management: Assist Shipping Department in all movements of inventory whether incoming or outgoing when related to wholesale sales accounts.
  • Product Development: Ensure that suppliers meet service and quality level requirements.
  • Strategic Development: Identify ways of improving process, costs or communications.

Requirements:

  • Well-organized, detail-minded, good sense of responsibility
  • Interest in home interior trends and designer products an asset
  • Experience processing international freight and customs documentation
  • Experience calculating price margins and ratios in Excel
  • Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience managing large databases and product lists
  • Retail experience an asset
  • Good command in Cantonese & English is preferable

2. INVENTORY CLERK (HONG KONG) <job ref no.2008128>

Requirements

  • 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese, English Language & Mathematics
  • Excellent English typing skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua an advantage
  • Knowledge on MS Word , Excel, Outlook
  • 5 days work

3. SALES STAFF (HONG KONG) <job ref no.2008127>

4. WAREHOUSE & DELIVERY STAFF (HONG KONG) <job ref no.2008130>

Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties related to the stock requisition, reception, storage, and dispatch
  • Performs quality check
  • Performs housekeeping duties
  • Conducts periodic physical inventory of stocked items
  • Works with the driver and assist in the delivery to our customer locations and our showrooms
  • Any other tasks may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year solid experience in warehouse operation will be an advantages
  • Prior experience in the moving / distribution filed and holding a valid HK driving license is a plus
  • 1 year working in a retail service environment is preferable
  • Able to consistently lift/move heavy and bulky furniture
  • Able to read and speak English & Cantonese
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • 6 days work

5. WAREHOUSE CLERK (HONG KONG) <job ref no.2008131>

Responsibilities:

  • Process all inbound & outbound transaction in our system & verify the corresponding documents
  • Communicate with the Retail/Rental/Project team members
  • Ensure that the inventory flow in our system is complete and correct
  • Help with the adjustment of inventory counts and damage
  • Clerical duties
  • Any other tasks may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year solid experience in inventory/ data entry will be an advantages
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English both in writing and speaking
  • Well organized and detail oriented with experience in inventory control, receiving and releasing, cycle counts
  • Possess general PC computer knowledge, especially in MS Office
  • 6 days work

6. MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT (HONG KONG) <job ref no.2008132>

Responsibilities:

  • Assist merchandiser in the processing of orders and payments
  • Assist merchandiser and shipping in the timely delivery of cargo
  • Assist merchandiser in providing customer service support and improving processes

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 2 years merchandising experience in a retail related field
  • Able to take control and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel & Word
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent command in English and Mandarin is preferable both verbal and written
  • 5 days work
